In my capacity as a GP at Deeptech Growth Advisors, my primary focus is on identifying and harnessing exceptional talent, a critical factor in driving the success of our investments. I personally led the investment into over 15 startups. My role extended beyond mere financial investment; I was actively involved in recruiting and scaling AI and data teams, assembling a pool of industry-leading talent that became a cornerstone of our projects’ success. My approach to talent acquisition was strategic and forward-thinking, always aiming to combine the right mix of skills and expertise to foster innovation and drive projects.
The results of my strategic focus on talent acquisition and project assembly were reflected in the impressive 31% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) achieved by Deeptech Growth Advisors. The successful recruitment and assembly of top-tier talent facilitated the development of groundbreaking deep tech products, which in turn strengthened the fund’s portfolio and market position. Moreover, my implementation of risk management mechanisms, particularly in anticipation of regulatory changes, ensured that our investments were not only innovative but also sustainable and compliant, further cementing our reputation as a leader in the deep tech investment space.
