Terms of the AI Alpha Briefing

Who I am

The AI Alpha Briefing (the "Briefing") is sold by Milos Maricic, sole proprietor, trading as Maricic Digital Consulting, Chemin du Curé-Desclouds 27, 1226 Thônex, Switzerland. Email: [email protected]. These terms govern the Briefing.

What you buy

A subscription to the Briefing: a monthly written memo, a monthly live online briefing with its recording, and the member materials described at milosmaricic.com/briefing. Everything is delivered electronically. I may change the format of the Briefing; the monthly memo and live briefing continue for as long as your subscription runs.

Not investment advice

The Briefing is research and education on how to evaluate claims about artificial intelligence in investment management. It does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security, fund, strategy or other investment product. It does not rate, recommend or endorse any investment manager. It is general in nature and does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. Nothing in it is an offer, a solicitation or a financial promotion. I am not a licensed financial adviser or investment adviser in any jurisdiction. Decisions you take remain your own; seek advice from a licensed professional where you need it. Cases used for teaching are fictional or anonymised unless they rest entirely on public information, and fictional cases are labelled as such.

Plans and prices

Monthly: USD 99 per month. Annual: USD 990 per year, billed once. Team: USD 2,490 per year for three named users at one organisation. Prices include applicable taxes. Purchases are made through Link, Stripe’s checkout, which acts as reseller: it charges your card, handles applicable taxes and issues your receipt and invoice. I do not see or store your card details.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time at link.com, from the link in any receipt, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Apart from the guarantee below, payments already made are not refunded.

Founding price

If you subscribe before 29 October 2026, you keep the price of your plan for as long as your subscription stays active without a break.

The one-meeting guarantee

If the first 30 days of your first subscription do not leave you better prepared for your next AI investment conversation, write to [email protected] within those 30 days and I refund your first payment in full. No conditions apply. A refund under the guarantee ends the subscription and its access. The guarantee applies once per person, and once per organisation for team plans. It is in addition to any rights you have under the law of your country.

Use of the materials

Your subscription gives each named user a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the materials in their own work. You may circulate the one-page Verdict inside your own organisation, with its date and attribution intact. Do not otherwise copy, publish, resell or redistribute the materials, recordings or access links.

Questions and live briefings

Do not send me confidential or non-public information about any manager, fund or client. I group submitted questions, remove names and identifying details, and choose which to answer; I do not promise an individual answer to every question. At live briefings attendees join view-only and cannot see each other. The presenter is recorded; attendees are not shown in recordings.

Price changes

I will tell you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on your subscription. The founding price above is not affected.

Liability

The Briefing is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Briefing in the twelve months before the claim, and I am not liable for investment or business decisions taken on the basis of it.

Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
